My question for this thread is:
What type of video games do you like to play?
For example: Action, Adventure, Racing, Fighting, Role Playing, Shooter, Simulation, Sports, Strategy, Wrestling, Extreme Sports.
My favorites are Role Playing (Final Fantasy), Action (Dynasty Warriors 5), Racing (Gran Turismo 4), Strategy (WarCraft III), and Shooter (Halo). Well, I do like some Sports (Madden 2005) games.
My absolute favorite though, would have to be Role Playing Games (RPGs).

I have absolutely no genre biases. I just like good games. The only genre I haven't found any games I like in thus far is MMORPGs. But I'm not close-minded to them and there are a few out there that look good, I just don't have the internet or money to try them.

RPGs, baby. Gotta love storylines. Plus action, fantasy, violence, strategy, arcade... bla bla bla. XD
Some of my favourites include the Final Fantasy Series (RPG), Kingdom Hearts (RPG), Legend of Zelda (OMG another RPG), Guilty Gear (Arcade), Dark Cloud (*sigh* RPG), Doom series (Shooter)... yeah.

RPGs, baby. Gotta love storylines. Oddly enough, memorable storylines and characters are the precise reason I love adventure games. I find it interesting that most people equate such things with RPGs (though I know why they do it, sine the genre is focused on story)... when 99% of the time if I'm told to think of a good game story/character, I immediately think of adventure games.
